"ohh wow what kinda films do you want to make?"

Independant writers, i'm into documentaries and short artistic films, but im working on some blockbusters right now and i'm working with Mike from Jack Media to form a partnership to produce a new format of Movie Publication using iPod technology thats Never Been done before.

I've had considerable experience with Video Audio and Production. That's what this whole thing is about. Maximizing its potential as a release for my creative tendancies. I say tendancies rather than talents, because this career isnt a talent act that will have a closing night. This is part of who I am, and I have purposely designed this company to be my structure or system, to which the Production Center Darkflame operates.

Week End Summary - 250206

250206 - I had a Meeting with Tori Ris on Monday, one with Mike Szyszka from Jack Media on Wednesday, and the production season was worked out. As well The Bonnet tapes summaries were written out and content began to be organized. I began searching for actors to audition and star in the Screenplay series. Next week I will be meeting with Joel and Chris Lawrence, as well as speaking with Sui-Fan regarding an audio setup for Darkflame Studios.

Every week we get a group of actors together for 4 hours on a Saturday. We do a bit of characterization, we do a read through, and then film a stumble through and read it again. We refilm all the scenes after the second read through, and add any extra scenes we want to.

Before moving into the Spring production season for the Beta film, I will need to start producing and looking for capable cast and talent for this release. I hope to begin filming this project in early March 2006. The cast will consist of between 3 and 5 actors and myself, Szyszka, and a sound guy and a lighting guy. I would also like to find a stage/production manager to begin shortly coordinating schedules and tracking the budget.

Taylor from Theatre Elysium is eager to receive the script for The Bonnet Tapes, just as well my screenplay called "The Death of a Love". "The Highway", "Chase" and "Fallen Angel" are in preproduction currently and updates will follow soon.

Post production for each screenplay episode consists of the initial edit done by Chance Johnston, and then a final cut and arrangement by Mike Richard. You will be able to download each episode directly at http://www.darkflame.ca/ for an optional donation of $3 via paypal.

Production Season

230206 - Ok so this is the production season as it looks so far.

The year is divided into four quarters-- winter summer spring and fall.

The winter season is January February and March
The spring season is April May and June
The summer season is July August and September
The fall season is October November and December

In Spring 2006 Darkflame Studios and Jack Media are filming a Beta 6-Week Movie Series that will be released in the first month of the summer season, July, that will consist of six 10 minute episodes. You will be able to subscribe to this Beta Movie Series using iTunes, and they will be available for your iPod. After the 6 week period you will be able to buy the movie on DVD.

In Summer 2006 Darkflame Studios and Jack Media are teaming up with The Red Deer Sport Riderz and Mad Choppers from Edmonton, and putting together "The Highway", an eight week short film about love, romance, rage and revenge. This will be released the first month of the fall season, October.

In Winter 2007 Darkflame Studios and Jack Media begin filming The Chase over a 6 month period of time, to be released in Spring 2008.

There will be several other smaller projects in the meantime.

Fallen Angel will go into prodution Spring 2008
